There is so much potential here, but management devotes too much attention to wrong matters. The parking turned into a complete nightmare when they decided to charge extra for parking under the carports without giving any thought to how many spaces were available not under the carports; the maintenance guys were very nice, but there is too much work there for just two of them, especially because they have to take care of the outside common areas; the residents are terrible about picking up after and controlling their dogs. My small dog was constantly getting run over by big off leash dogs. Management looks for any little thing to fine people for but then leaves the pool are unattended and people use the handicap chair as a diving board. The walls are paper thin. The carpet is cheap and the tacks stick out so you can't walk barefoot! Mangement really has to do better.
