At the rear of the home, you will find a large kitchen with all the appliances included. Downstairs is a large family room with another bedroom and a spacious bath. Through the family room, you will find an additional bedroom with a 3/4 bath right next to it. The unfinished part of the basement offers plenty of storage and includes a washer and dryer. There is a 2-car detached garage off the rear of the home and a fenced-in back yard. Pets may be considered up to 35lbs with a $500 pet deposit and an additional $50 a month in pet rent.
