Located in a nice neighborhood with large, covered lanai in the back to enjoy outdoor living as well as in the front. The living room, dining room and kitchen are completely open concept. This is a fully stocked kitchen and great for those that love to cook. The large Master Bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet and windows that overlook the grassy empty lot next door. The en-suite has separate claw foot tub and walk-in shower with double vanity. Bedroom 2 has a gorgeous king size poster bed and large closet with a shared bathroom with Bedroom 3. This is a great home away from home. 15 minutes to Polulu Valley. 35 minutes to world class beaches in the Waikoloa area. Limited Availability: Available May 15, 2026 to January 15, 2027. Rent is $4800 per month plus $226.17 GET (General Excise Tax) @ 4.712% plus $636 TAT if less than 6 months (Transient Accomodation Tax) @ 13.25% totaling $5662.17. A $4800 Security Deposit is required plus a $800 non-refundable fee for move-out cleaning plus $175 a month for 1 time cleaning and fee for utility usage if over $200 per month (house has solar).
