* Work/income verification must be verified and approved as required per our screening criteria.
* No unpaid utility bills (water, gas, sewer, electric, etc.)
* NO RENTAL ASSISTANCE OF ANY FORM WILL BE ACCEPTED - THIS INCLUDES HOUSING VOUCHERS.
* Utilities: Tenants are responsible for all utilities. This includes: water (Columbia County Utilities), electric (GA Power), and gas for the HVAC (whichever company you prefer that services the area).
