“Neighborhood is in a good convenient location. Neighbors keep to themselves, have not had a problem with noise. Occasionally will smell marijuana being smoked outside but it’s never unbearable. Value is OK. I would rate value higher if the laundry facilities were updated. They sorely need it. I have AT&T as my cellular provider and I get absolutely no service in my apartment. The conplex forces you to get Xfinity for home internet which I’m not a fan of either. Also the complex recently introduced valet trash service and I don’t care for it and especially don’t want to pay for it.”

“I moved in and was told an amount to which my rent would be after the first month it changed they charge you for service that you are already paying for like the lights, the pool water and maintenance, the garbage which you are already paying to have it valet. So all the charges that the owner or owners should be paying for they bill you along with what you are already paying for as the things I have mentioned. I really don't think that's fair. How are you charging me electric charge for service that I'm already paying through the electric company. Not cool at all they are making money via the high rent they are charging and having you pay their portion of wh”
