Parq at Chesterfield is a pet friendly community with a max of two pets per home with a nonrefundable fee of $350. The monthly pet rent is $25 per pet. Breed Restrictions Apply. Shepherds, Dobermans, Rottweiler, Pitbull, Chow, Bull Mastiff, Wolf-dog Hybrid, Great Dane, St. Bernard and any mixes of these breeds. Other pets that are restricted: Ferrets, Reptiles, Tarantulas, and Rodents.
