Meticulously crafted newly built home up in the Gold Basin High Country only 14 miles from Gunnison. Off the grid with an elaborate solar system and propane backup generator. Enjoy the peace, quiet, and majestic mountain views in a large comfortable home while only being 25 or 30 minutes from town. You will need a star link internet account for internet and communication at the house however there is cell service about a mile away. The road to the stop sign is plowed in winter by the HOA and kept up by neighbors past the house though vehicle access during storms is not guaranteed. 3 Bedrooms, with 3 bathrooms, vaulted ceiling, wood burning stove, washer and dryer, over sized 2 car attached garage with a huge separate shop for tinkering or storage. $2900 per month plus utilities (Propane and internet).
