Hello! Our only requirement is that you need to make 2 times the rent in monthly income. Aside from that we have a $35 application fee that includes a credit check. We ask you provide us with 2 forms of ID and 3 recent income statements or check stubs. As far as the credit we do look at your application as a whole. The way we process our applications, we check your credit, criminal record, evictions, and rental history. Please Visit our website for more listings and online applications. www.yellowdoorrental.com Follow us on Facebook!
