Short term rentals of less than sixty days pay the rent for the term of the lease plus the security deposit. Short term rentals of sixty days or longer pay the rent for the term of the lease and no security deposit. Rentals for 120 days or longer pay the rent monthly plus the refundable security deposit.

The property is located in San Ignacio Villas in Green Valley, Arizona. It is an age restricted community with a Homeowners Association. The resident of the home must abide by the rules and regulations of the San Ignacio Villas Homeowners Association. At least one person residing on the property must be 55 years of age or older. A co habitant on the property must be 45 years of age or older. No person that is less than 18 years of age shall reside on the property for longer than three months in a 12 month period. After the term of the lease ends, the property will be rented month-to-month, if both the tenant and landlord agree.
