Small dogs under 30 pounds are permitted (maximum of two) with a non-refundable $150 pet fee per dog. Smoking is prohibited on the property, and quiet hours are strictly enforced after 10:00 PM. Parking is limited to the two-car garage and/or driveway- no street parking is allowed. The tenant is responsible for all utilities and their own internet service. Washer & dryer hook-ups are included, as well as standard kitchen appliances: oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and freezer.
