Minimum requirements for Lease Application Approval include, but are not limited to, a TransUnion ResidentScore(R) of 600 and annual gross income to rent ratio of at least 3 to 1. For lease application approval the maximum allowed Debt to Income Ratio shall be 43%. If the Applicant's Credit Report reveals account delinquencies then a Double Security Deposit is required provided that the total delinquencies do not exceed $4000 and no single delinquency can exceed the amount of one month's rent. The Double Security Deposit cannot be used to remedy a Credit Score below 600 or an Income to Rent ratio of less than 3 to 1 or a Debt to Income ratio greater than 43%. No more than 2 vehicles allowed and no parking on the street allowed. PET POLICY: No dangerous breed dogs, no dogs over 25 pounds when mature, no more than 2 dogs, and no cats.
