This home will be available to rent on Sept. 1st, 2025, if not sooner. Presently, the current rent is $2,200.

At this time, we are taking questions regarding the property and listening to offers. Your offer may be for the current amount of rent, or less, or more than the current rent.

We will not be doing any “showings” until the current tenant(s) are out of the property, which should be on July 31st. However, pictures of the home are available on this website.

This home is locally owned and maintained by a family in this community. Again, feel free to email us with any questions or offers. You are not required to share any information currently, but obviously, the more you do, the better chance you have of hearing back from us. Some information you might consider sharing would be your credit scores, rental history, and/or references, or anything else you feel might be pertinent information.

At some point, likely in late July, or early August, we will be notifying perspective tenants and offering them a chance to do a showing and complete background screenings for credit scores, criminal history, rental history, and income verification.
