Lovely kitchen overlooks the front yard, and comes with all appliances, including a dishwasher. The washer and dryer are in a separate, spacious laundry room. There is a very nice office off the dining area, with built in bookshelves.
The entry of the home has a dramatic foyer. Then you find living room with vaulted ceilings, built ins and a propane fireplace. The dining area is straight ahead. In back there is a patio and view of common area landscaping. The home has had a fresh coat of paint inside. Everything is clean and move-in ready.
The grounds will be mowed by the HOA. You will be responsible for close in mowing, gardening and weeding.
One small pet may be considered. Must be adult, fixed and friendly. Additional refundable deposit and rent of $25/month.
