“The property is clean, and well maintained. Management actually cares about the residents and take pride in the community. While the location is "downtown", its not quite in the city center, but it's close to I-90 for my daily commute. The only negative comment I have is the noise level of the neighborhood. It can get quite loud sometimes at night. And lastly, the drug addicts and homeless population. Leaving the garage in the morning and finding a homeless person sleeping outside the entrance door is not something residence should be seeing. But those two negatives will be hard to avoid in most places in downtown, whether you're talking about Yesler Terrace, First Hill, Queen Ann, or Belltown.
I'd still recommend this property, and I have no regrets choosing to live here”
