There is a city bus stop on the same block as the house. There is a small, friendly snoodle (non-shedding dog) currently living in the house.

The lease options are:
Month to month lease with a 4 month minimum stay: $995.00 per month for an individual or couple with a $150 application and leasing fee as well as the deposit of $600 and last month's rent paid up front with a 1 month written notice to terminate the lease. $100/ month extra for an additional person.
- Monthly Pet Fee $50 per pet and a $200 non-refundable pet deposit.
Month to month lease with a 1 month minimum stay: $1,195.00 per month for an individual or couple with a $150 application and leasing fee as well as the deposit of $500 with a 1 week written notice to terminate the lease. $100/ month extra for an additional person.

The house is completely furnished. Pets considered on a case-by-case basis.
