There is a city bus stop on the same block as the house. Private bathroom on same level and next to room. A few single health professionals live on the upper floor and floor below.

The lease options are:

Month to month lease with a 1 month minimum stay: $850.00 per month for an individual with the the deposit of $400 and a 1 week written notice to terminate the lease.
Month to month lease with a 4 month minimum stay: $750.00 per month for an individual with the deposit of $400 and last month’s rent paid up front with a 1 month written notice to terminate the lease.

All leases and payments are made through Innago which is a secure and verified electronic system where you will view your lease, submit maintenance requests, pay rent and easily communicate with us! Innago charges a $2 fee per transaction with a connected bank account or 1.99% fee when connected to a CC or debit.
