The apartment will be shared with 2 other tenants. You will share the living room, kitchen and sunroom/laundry room. It is located in a three bedroom apartment, walking distance to Highland Park with its massive trees and walking paths as well as walking distance from bus and free trolley stops. The apartment is a little over a mile to downtown Roanoke and the Roanoke River Greenway as well as the Carilion Hospital.

The lease options are:

-Month to month lease with a 1 month minimum stay: $800.00 per month for an individual with the the deposit of $400 and a 1 week written notice to terminate the lease.
-Month to month lease with a 4 month minimum stay: $775.00 per month for an individual with the deposit of $400 and last month's rent paid up front with a 1 month written notice to terminate the lease.
-Month to month lease with a 6 month minimum stay: $750.00 per month for an individual with the deposit of $400 and last month's rent paid up front with a 1 month written notice to terminate the lease.
-Month to month lease with a 12 month minimum stay: $700.00 per month for an individual with the deposit of $400 and last month's rent paid up front with a 1 month written notice to terminate the lease.

The house is completely furnished. 
All leases and payments are made through Innago which is a secure and verified electronic system where you will view your lease, submit maintenance requests, pay rent and easily communicate with us!
