A beautifully renovated and furnished bedroom with adjoining private living room in an all-inclusive furnished household is available in Northwest Roanoke, one block from Eureka Park with its massive old growth trees and 4 resurfaced free tennis courts, walking distance to Lick Run Greenway, 8 minutes drive to downtown Roanoke, 9 minutes to Valley View Mall, 11 minutes to Carilion Hospital, 13 minutes to Lewis Gale Hospital. There is a city bus stop on the same block as the house. The bathroom would be shared with this one male. There is a second full bathroom on the lower level as well which can be used on an as need basis. The adjoining living room has a tv with netflix, massage chair, recliner chair, desk and spacious closet.

The lease options are:

Month to month lease with a 4 month minimum stay: $1100 per month for an individual with a $150 application and leasing fee as well as the deposit of $400 and last month’s rent paid up front with a 1 month written notice to terminate the lease.
– Monthly Pet Fee $50 per pet and a $200 non-refundable pet deposit.

Month to month lease with a 1 month minimum stay: $1250 per month for an individual with a $150 application and leasing fee as well as the deposit of $400 with a 1 week written notice to terminate the lease. Last month’s rent paid up front if more than 1 month stay.
– Monthly Pet Fee $50 per pet and a $200 non-refundable pet deposit.

The house is completely furnished. Pets considered on a case-by-case basis.
All leases and payments are made through Innago which is a secure and verified electronic system where you will view your lease, submit maintenance requests, pay rent and easily communicate with us!
