Well, the value for the property is good but my problem is if I don’t have my key, I cannot get into my apartment so I feel like it needs to be a back up plan or us resident should have a key fob as well to access our gate to get to our apartment. I’m OK with the maintenance but the first week that I moved in I had some maintenance problems and the man told me I needed to call the front office for his help on my cabinets and my sink because it was almost time for him to go home and I am very disappointed in the parking situation only because I asked it when I moved in will there be any towing of cars Because it has been plenty of people on the fourth floor with no sticker of residency here but yet they are parking underneath the shaded areas and I don’t wanna be that person but if I am paying for this place and I expect them to tow whoever’s vehicle is not registered here.
