- $1,500 refundable deposit by cash or certified check - no personal checks

- Pet Policy:
• We do allow small pets (under 30 Ibs)
• Cost $500 NON-REFUNDABLE fee per pet
• Additional charge of $50 per month per pet
• Maximum of 2 pets

- Prior to receiving keys, the tenant must put ALL utilities in their name and are required to show proof of renter's insurance, paid one year in advance (or monthly with prior approval) to protect their personal property with at least $100,000 liability protection with landlords listed as additional insured.

- Residents are to provide a copy of driver's license or photo for each person 18 years and older who will be living in the property.

- All rent is paid by automatic bank transfer. No paper checks or cash are accepted.
