The Space: Loft-style with high ceilings, modern finishes, and enough natural light to keep your plants (and your mood) thriving. The Rooftop: Perfect for grilling, chilling, or booking for a gathering that makes your friends say “Wait… you live here?” The Extras: Onsite gym (goodbye, unused memberships), thoughtful design, and easily the most luxe vibe in Sioux Falls at this price point. The People: The Pendar property team? Accommodating, responsive, and genuinely rooting for you to enjoy living here. The Location: Downtown at your doorstep, with dozens of eateries, shops, and local businesses less than a mile away. You can actually leave your car behind and live like the city was meant for walking. The Only Quirk: The train horn. Yes, you’ll hear it, but it’s more quirky than catastrophic. Not a deal breaker. Moving here feels like one of those “plot twists” where you realize… adulting can actually be stylish.
