Barefoot Landing is a short drive away as is the Coastal North Town Center with many eateries and shopping. The Beach Bungalow won’t disappoint when you’re ready to wind down. Enjoy modern and comfortable furnishings and TV’s throughout, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. The primary bedroom with private bath features a king bed, and the secondary bedroom has one full and one twin bed with access to the full hallway bathroom. For your convenience, this home includes a washer and dryer that are provided as-is and parking for two cars beside the home. This property is completely non-smoking and non-vaping. We rent to families and adults over the age of 25 only. Unit is NOT pet-friendly. Two parking passes are provided. This unit is available for monthly rentals starting now through March 31, 2025. Rent is $1,450 per month, security deposit is $1450. A processing fee of $95 is due before move-in. Departure cleaning fees and any applicable taxes are additional.
