The unit has-tall ceilings with ceiling fans, ample closets and a large family room with lots of light. There is a high efficiency furnace, private front balcony, and private laundry in the basement. Landlord pays water, sewage, and trash. Tenants pay electric.
There is electric forced air heat and we provide a window AC unit for each bedroom. One parking space behind the building is included in the rent.
This duplex is located on a quiet street in Swissvale, just a few blocks from the busway and Edgewood Town Center.
The tenants share a small yard in the back and a front porch.
One off street parking spot is included and there is easy on street parking.
All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals.
Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties.
