The home is a mix of students and young professionals (21 people total) and is conveniently located in the heart of downtown State College, making it easy to walk anywhere you need to go.

RENT

Rent is a flat $795/month, which includes all of the following:
- Rent and Utilities (High-speed wireless internet, gas heating, electric, water, and lawn care)
- Furnished Bedroom (In a shared double room with bed, desk & dresser)
- Fully Furnished Common Areas and Kitchen (Technology, couches, furniture, appliances and cooking-ware)
- Cleaning Supplies (Dish detergent, soap, sponges, paper towels, toilet paper, window & surface cleaner)
- Laundry Service (Free unlimited laundry & dryer use, detergent and dryer sheets)
The co.space is located at 244 East Nittany Avenue. The house holds 21 people with 14 bedrooms (5 singles, 9 doubles) and 6 bathrooms.

The home is three stories above-ground with a large basement and has plenty of common space for community events and the occasional late-night brainstorming session. The house has undergone significant renovations over the years and is a short 5 minute walk to Penn State's campus.
