Unverifiable Income: Income that cannot be verified through proper documentation ie. paystubs/tax returns

Sexual Offenses: Including, but not limited to Crimes requiring inclusion on the sex offender registry. Public Safety Threats, Terrorism-related offenses.
Fraud or Financial Crimes: Including, but not limited to Housing fraud, illegal subletting, check/credit card fraud, or identity theft. The Broker will consider evidence of rehabilitation, time elapsed since the conviction (+10 years), and the nature of the offense for applicants with disqualifying records.
