Landlord pays water, sewage, and trash disposal. Tenant pays gas and electric.
This duplex on a quiet street in Braddock is across the bridge from the Waterfront and a few minutes to the busway and parkway.
The two apartments share a basement with laundry hookups and a small, partially fenced yard in the back. There is easy street parking.
All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals.
Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties.
We do a thorough credit and background check on all of our tenants.
We are not accepting subsidized housing.
