Located within the Daniel Boone National Forest, this cottage is a great find for country loving people! It is situated in a very convenient location, only 3 miles from I-75 and a short 15 min. drive north of London, KY.

You will find here is the perfect place to relax at the end of a long day. View the 1/2 acre pond as you relax on the large, private, covered back deck or gaze at the rolling hills and wooded area surrounding the property.

This cottage has retained its rustic character, yet has been updated with modern conveniences for your personal enjoyment, such as WIFI service and a flat screen television to watch your favorite shows.

The kitchen is large, complete with everything you need. A table and four chairs, a full size refrigerator, full size stove with oven, and a microwave. All of your basics are furnished such as coffee brewer, toaster, mixer, and numerous kitchen utensils. More than ample supply of dishes, pots and pans, etc. Dishtowels, soap, etc. are provided.

The bedroom has a queen size bed and dresser. Bedding is provided, and also extra blankets, sheet sets, etc. There is a wall heater in the bedroom that gives out plenty of heat. A floor to ceiling sand stone chimney contains a gas log fireplace is also in the bedroom.

Living room has a Lazy Boy rocker/recliner, futon, and a 32 flat screen television that has Dish Net service. Two large windows in this room gives you great views of the outdoors!

Bathroom has standard tub/shower combo, sink, vanity, and toilet. This room has a small wall heater. Bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and soap are provided.

There are plenty of things to do outdoors if you wish. Hiking, bird watching, building a fire in the nearby fire pit are just a few. Or, just sit on the oversized deck and watch the ripples on the private 1/2 acre pond in the backyard, just a few steps away.
