Included with the condo refrigerator, microwave, electric stove/oven, and air conditioning. Perks of living in a Jamestown condo include free access to swimming pool. Laundry area is available in a separate building. Parking is free and lots of available spots right by the condo in a private parking lot. Monthly rental fee includes heat, water, garbage, and sewage costs. Tenant will be responsible for paying electricity and internet separate from rental fee. One animal is allowed per condo. If tenant chooses to have an animal reside in condo an additional monthly fee of $35 will be charged in addition to monthly rental fee. First month rent $1025 and security deposit $1025 due when signing rental agreement, plus a pet fee if applicable. Rental Agreement is a minimum of 1 year. $30 dollar application fee due if interested in applying. Items required for application include 60 days of pay stubs (either from employer or bank statements), minimum credit score of 700, proof of employment, contact information from prior rentals if applicable.
