Showings are available seven days a week from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm using Rently self-showing technology.

Rently, a third-party provider, will provide you with access to tour the home and can direct you to our website for applications.

To access the self-tour, a code will be sent to you via SMS on your scheduled date, which you need to enter on the Rently keypad located on the front door.

To apply, there is a $40 application fee per applicant who is 18 years old or older, and the lease length is for 12 months.

The required security deposit is the same as the rent amount, and any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be deducted from this amount.

Tenant is responsible for all utilities including gas and electricity which must be put in the tenant's name prior to move in, and water and sewer utilities are paid through the tenant rent portal. Tenants are responsible for landscape upkeep, grass cutting, snow removal, and compliance with city ordinances.

We run credit and criminal screenings for each person who applies, and the full list of qualifications can be viewed under the "Application Requirements" option on our website.

To avoid scams, KeyMeek will never ask you to wire funds, and all payments are accepted through our tenant portal or with a Money Order via mail.
