*** Your monthly income after taxes should be 3 to 3.5 times the rent cost.
*** Example: for a $900/month apartment, you need at least $3,150/month after taxes.
*** Income from others on the lease can help meet this requirement.

*** Employment History ***
*** You should be at your current job for at least 6 months.
*** If less then 6 months, provide 2x paystubs for prior employer showing at least 6 months of work with prior employer.
*** If self-employed, give 2 months of bank statements and tax returns from the past 2 years.
*** If you don't work, you must show stable income from another source for the past 6 months.

*** Rental History ***
*** You need a good reference from your current or past landlord.
*** If you're related to a previous landlord, or lack rental references, we might ask for a co-signer on your lease.
