Each townhome is 2 stories, and features an attached 1 car garage, a driveway for 1 car, keyless entry, smart home appliances, laundry in unit, ample storage, blinds on every window, and much more. Included in your rent is water, sewer, trash removal, snow removal and lawn care. Tenants are responsible for their own electric gas utilities. Each townhome is wired with Spectrum, for plug-and-play wi-fi connectivity. Application Requirements: -$20 non-refundable application fee, per applicant -All tenants over the age of 18 must submit applications -Must provide proof of income that meets 3X monthly rent Lease Requirements: -Minimum of 1 year lease -1 Month's Rent for Security Deposit due BEFORE Move-In -First Month's Rent due BEFORE Move-In -$50.00/month additional pet fee
