Tenant is assuming the lease of a departing tenant. Lease runs through 31st of March, 2027.

This charming home boasts three bedrooms, a flexible bedroom or home office, two full baths, and a half bath. The updated kitchen has stone countertops, a gas range, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of storage.
