“I gave maintenance their rating because when we moved in our washer and dryer were filthy. We went weeks without doing laundry (also due to holiday season and being out of town) when we came back we were still grossed out and did laundry at my parents. We filed a request and maintenance came. They saw the filth on the sides of washer and underneath the little pickets. They saw the dead fly in the washer as well as filth. They said that the cleaning crew did a terrible job and said for US to clean it. I spent hours cleaning the washer I got tired of it because I did not think I should have to clean a washer from someone else dirt from previous renters. I put in another request for the washer and it’s been almost two weeks since they’ve came to us. The first request they were fast to respond. I put the second request on 1/7. I also put an AC request that they responded quick to as well. Not sure why no one is responding is the second washer one. I’m not asking maintenance to clean it. I’d like a new washer since we shouldn’t have to clean our clothes in the previous renters filth. I’m hoping this reaches someone and I do appreciate each time maintenance has responded so quickly I would just really like to do my own laundry in my own home.”
