Prospective tenant had to back out of our rental agreement at the last minute, so our apartment is available again. Winter rental can start mid-November, 2025 (flexible start date) and it continues through May, 2026. We also offer nightly rentals throughout the winter: $75/night with a 2 night minimum stay, check in any day. Weekly rentals are available, too: $525/week.

This bright, airy first floor apartment, in an owner-occupied duplex, is located on a quiet residential street in Wildwood Crest, approximately 2.5 blocks from both beach and bay. This immaculate, spacious unit has a newly remodeled kitchen, two lovely bathrooms, one with a tub. There are four smart TVs: one in the living room and one in each of the bedrooms. The backyard, with a private outdoor shower, has a grassy area along with a patio seating area for outdoor dining and relaxing. There is also a gas grill. The large, inviting front porch, which overlooks a raised flower bed, has ample seating for lounging. Off street parking is available as the situation permits.
