The home backs up to secluded woods where deer spend their mornings. A stone driveway in the rear of the home provides ample parking. Crawlspaces in the apartment provide LOTS of storage. Landlord takes pride of ownership seriously and is easy to communicate with.
**All homes are deep cleaned and returned to their original paint color prior to move-in!**
All applicants will be considered using the same criteria, but typical approved applicants look like the following:
Applicant must have current photo identification and a valid social security number.
Applicant's monthly household income must equal three times the monthly rent (before taxes). All income must be from a verifiable source. Unverifiable income will not be considered.
Applicants must receive positive references from all previous landlords in the recent past.
Applicant may not have any evictions or unpaid judgments from previous leases.
Background and credit checks will be conducted on all applicants over 18 once conditionally approved. Applicant's background must exhibit a pattern of responsibility.
Application subject to $50 fee per person in order to run background and credit checks. Approved applicants will receive credit on first month's rent equal to application fee.
Occupancy is limited to 2 people per bedroom.
