This cozy and comfortable studio apartment on the 1st floor at the wonderful Warwick Condominium on the Boardwalk with the beach and ocean at your front door. It is furnished with a king size bed, full sleep sofa and a dinette set. It comes with dishes, silverware, coffee maker, microwave, pots & pans but the tenant must bring there own towels and linens. The outstanding features are the following which are included in the rent ---24 hour front door attendant, electric, A/C, basic cable, assigned parking spot in the Warwick lot, fabulous pool, gym and there is so much more. Smoking is prohibited in the building. Rental period is from May 22 to September 8. This is one of the best values at the shore. Vacant with a lock box so go and show. The Warwick charges a non refundable $350.00 for all move ins
