Bungalows on the Lake offers a pleasant living experience with its brand-new, open floorplan layout and stylish all-white granite finishes. The apartment is well-maintained, and the landscaping is kept in great shape, making it perfect for leisurely walks around the lake. The inclusion of unique features like a bidet adds a touch of luxury. The lakefront location provides a serene atmosphere, although it's a bit distant from downtown. While the quietude is generally relaxing, occasional baseball games and their accompanying fireworks can be a lively interruption. However, there are some areas where improvements could be made. The parking situation is decent but could use some enhancement in certain spots. The advertised dog park is missing, though a small trail area between some trees is available for walks. The gym facilities are quite limited, with only one free weight station. Additionally, management and maintenance have room for improvement, particularly in communication and follow-through, as many emails went unanswered. On the plus side, using the kayaks on the lake was a highlight of living here. Overall, Bungalows on the Lake is a solid choice for those who value a quiet, picturesque setting, but the high cost relative to the amenities and management experience might be a consideration.

I love living at the Bungalows. I have a gorgeous one bedroom with attached garage. The management keeps us very well informed and the maintenance team is superior! The grounds are gorgeous! The complex is peaceful and quiet.
