STAY REQUIREMENTS: The advertised rate applies only for stays within the specified date range and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of 60 days. For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt. FEES: Please note that the published monthly rate does not include refundable security deposits, taxes, linens, travel/renters’ insurance, or any other applicable and optional fees. Homes that accept pets will require a nonrefundable $400 fee per pet. RATES PAYMENTS: Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply. QUALIFICATIONS: All applicants and occupants aged 18 or older must complete an application for the group to be processed. Lease holder(s) must qualify independently without a co-signer in order to be approved. No Students. DESCRIPTION: This nicely refinished sound front 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom duplex is perfect for a couple or family with small children! “Dalton” is the lower unit in this residential duplex and is conveniently located across the street from Banks Channel. Enjoy the private access to the canal and take a stroll along the water’s edge or enjoy a quick swim or other water activities. Near by you can also visit the Oceanic Restaurant and famous Crystal Pier, just make sure to bring your fishing gear! This home has an open kitchen dining and living area that also opens onto the covered porch for endless views of the Intracoastal Waterway. The living space is furnished comfortably, and the open space makes family time and meal prep very convenient for families. The master bedroom has a queen bed and private bathroom while the second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and has shared access to the second bathroom. Parking provided for 2 cars: one in the car garage, and the extra space in driveway. Prohibited: Students, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts Mail and package delivery to the property is prohibited. There is no access to the mailbox, if wanting to receive mail you will need to open a P.O. Box.
