AVAILABILITY:

Vacation rental homes only accept monthly bookings from September to May; summer and peak season dates are excluded from monthly rentals.

STAY REQUIREMENTS:
The advertised rate applies only for stays within the specified date range and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of 60 days. For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt.

FEES:
The advertised monthly rent does not include the refundable security deposit (can be up to double based on application processing), applicable taxes, cleaning fees, linens, travel or renters' insurance, the $25 monthly processing fee or other optional fees. Monthly or periodic cleanings may be arranged through Bryant Real Estate at the tenant's expense. Homes that allow pets require a non-refundable $400 pet fee per pet. Cats are not permitted.

RATES & PAYMENTS:
Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply.

QUALIFICATIONS:
All applicants and occupants aged 18 or older must complete an application for the group to be processed. Lease holder(s) must qualify independently without a co-signer in order to be approved. No Students.

DESCRIPTION:
"Lipovan" is on the second floor in the condo complex, A Summer Place, which is conveniently located less than a block to Johnnie Mercer's Pier and the newly constructed public bath house that leads to the nearby beach access. Offering one private bedroom, one bathroom, and built-in bunk beds for the junior members of your family. The primary bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and has direct access to the deck. The open living and kitchen area has a sleeper sofa and access to the deck. You will love sitting out in the salt air watching the waves crash, sunrises and sunsets, and watching all the action that goes on at the pier. There are built-in bunk beds set in the nook off the entry that make a fantastic sleeping area for young family members.

Load up your boogie boards, beach chairs, and family and head to Wrightsville Beach for a memorable stay! The wonderful central location of this condo makes it effortless to visit the nearby Shark Bar for a nice dinner or to enjoy the nightlife at the Palm Room. With the beach, pier, and so many attractions within walking distance of this condo it is an easy yes!
