STAY REQUIREMENTS:
The advertised rate applies only for stays within the specified date range and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of 60 days. For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt.
FEES:
The advertised monthly rent does not include the refundable security deposit (can be up to double based on application processing), applicable taxes, cleaning fees, linens, travel or renters' insurance, the $25 monthly processing fee or other optional fees. Monthly or periodic cleanings may be arranged through Bryant Real Estate at the tenant's expense. Homes that allow pets require a non-refundable $400 pet fee per pet. Cats are not permitted.
RATES & PAYMENTS:
Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply.

This nicely appointed 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is decorated with comfort in mind with a slight retro twist! This home is welcoming and provides a fantastic floor plan for families to enjoy the beach. Stroll down to the beach, local shops, and restaurants with ease - you can't beat this location!
As you enter "White" you will instantly be welcomed into the space. This end unit has large windows that let in natural light and spills into the living room which overlooks the dining and kitchen area to give a great space for families to gather. Snuggle up on the cozy sectional sofa and watch a movie with loved ones or venture to the deck to relax in the sea breeze. Granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances add to the clean feel of the house and offer all the necessary utensils to prepare a home cooked meal. Down the hall past the kitchen is a hall bathroom that connects with the twin guest bedroom.
Upstairs you will find the spacious primary suite and third guest room. The primary bedroom is furnished with a plush king-sized bed and is complete with a private balcony and a bathroom. Down the upstairs hall is the third guest bedroom which has a queen-sized bed and a private bathroom. There is a laundry room in the upstairs hallway for added convenience.
The front of the home offers an ocean view and outdoor dining area. Located on the corner of The Loop, a 2.5-mile paved pathway around neighboring Harbor Island and downtown Wrightsville Beach. This is a wonderful place to relax in the sun and watch all the action.
