At 4000 foot elevation, Sunset ridge at Scaly Mountain is a great place to escape to a new climate, do some great hiking, and take in all that the highlands plateau has to offer!

We offer flexible leasing options:
1, 3, or 6-month leases are available and negotiable.
Monthly rate listed reflects a 12-month lease and does not include gas or electric utilities.

Application Process (required for all tenants 18 and older):
All applicants must complete a rental application, which includes:
Previous rental history
Employment and income verification
Credit and background checks

If approved, a $500 lease deposit is required to generate the lease agreement for electronic signature. This deposit is applied toward the first month's rent.
Please note: if the applicant decides not to proceed after the lease has been sent for signature, the lease deposit is non-refundable.

Move-in dates more than 30 days out require first month's rent and signed lease to secure the property. Otherwise, the property will remain listed and available.
