Downstairs, a second living room with direct access to the garage allows extra space to entertain with a TV, ping pong table, foosball table, and a kitchenette area that opens up to the lower deck. It also has a bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, and a laundry room. Upstairs, the loft has two twin beds and a futon for extra sleeping. Also upstairs, a third bedroom has a king bed and full bathroom. Outside, there is a seated fire pit area to roast marshmallows, and enjoy a glass of wine as the sun sets!

For the outdoor enthusiasts, we are 5-9 minutes from the Highlands Outpost, Highlands Aerial Park, and the Bartram trail, where you can experience the Scaly Mountain Screamer rollercoaster, Extreme Tubing Slide, Gem Mine, winter snow sledding, trout fishing, zip lining, terrific hiking, and RTV tours. At 4000 feet elevation, Sunset Ridge at Scaly Mountain is a great place to escape to a new climate, do some great hiking, and take in all that the highlands plateau has to offer!

Available as a monthly rental (1-12 months). $3600 through June 1, then $4500 per month. 9.75 % of taxes apply for rentals under 3 months. There is a one-time cleaning/admin fee of $350. The first Month required once application is approved. Rental insurance is required or a $1000 security deposit. Owner pays for Starlink wiFi, phone landline, water, and direct TV satellite. Gas and Power Utilities up to $300 per Mo are also included. Pet fee $200 per dog (no other animals allowed)
