Main level has 2 bedrooms with walk-in closets and a generously-sized laundry room that opens to a covered deck perfect for entertaining. Upper level includes a spacious primary bedroom with en suite bath and walk-in closet. Convenient to Hendersonville, Brevard & Asheville.
UTILITIES: Rent includes water (Hendersonville Water and Sewer), electric (Duke Energy), professional trash pick-up, internet (Optimum @ 300Mbps), and lawn care services.
PET POLICY: Maximum two pets allowed: one dog 30-lb. max and/or one cat. (Owner does not allow multiple dogs at this time.) Each pet requires a non-refundable $300/pet fee. Some breed restrictions apply. All service and support animals permitted by law with appropriate paperwork provided. All Tenants must complete a PetScreening.com profile prior to tenancy - additional fees may apply.
