So sorry to all owners of such beloved animals, but if you've ever rented out a house and experienced the negative effects you will totally understand! Also, before moving in first and last months rent must be paid, along with a $500 security deposit, as well as an additional $500 security deposit if you will have a pet dog living at the residence.

The terms of lease are as follows:
6 month lease at $1,895 a month plus utilities. $100 late fee for rent payments not made on time. As the landlord I will be responsible for all plumbing, and electrical repairs. As the renter, you will be responsible for any and all appliance repairs, as well as any potential broken windows. As the landlord, I retain the right to cancel the lease with 30 days prior notice if things are unfortunately not working out. Also, in the unfortunate instance of a renter attempting to stay in the home after the agreed upon 6 month lease had ended, the monthly rent price will double for the renter until they are evicted, unless of course a renewed 6 month lease is agreed upon. I sincerely hope and trust that these latter clauses will not have to come into effect, but as a safety measure they are in place.
