Apartments for Rent in North Decatur, GA

What's it like to live in Medlock Park?

Established comfort defines Medlock Park, where this distinctive intown Atlanta neighborhood offers mid-century homes with larger lots than similarly positioned communities closer to downtown. Rental homes typically include more yard space and mature trees creating natural shade during Georgia summers. While the area provides excellent access to both Emory University and the Dekalb Farmers Market, some streets lack sidewalks despite the otherwise pedestrian-friendly atmosphere.
