Sight Unseen: BSH recommends that a customer or applicant never lease a home, or any real property, without physically visiting the property and seeing it first. These are rarely brand new homes and even new homes have imperfections. Some imperfections will not be repaired during tenancy. They can be marked on your move in inspection as damages though so you will not be charged at move out.
Disclaimer: Blue Sky Homes is not responsible for any inaccuracies or misprints on this website and reserves the right to make changes without notice. All available rental units can be rented at any time and are considered available until an applicant is approved, the security deposit is paid with certified funds, and the lease is executed. We process first-come-first-serve. We will notify you via email or phone call when we have begun processing your application. We cannot guarantee your place in line. If you have been notified that your application is under review, you will be updated when the screening process is complete, and, if approved, you will have 24 hours to sign a lease and submit the deposit to ensure you remain first in line. If you do not receive an email within one business day after you submit an application, it may be because there are already pending applications on the property, the property has already been rented, or if the application requirements/instructions were not followed. If your application is not complete within 24 hours, you could lose your spot in line and your application may be denied.
