They refuse to fix things properly, they add made up charges to you bills, they allow other tenants to borderline harass tenants with a toddler with nothing done, they wont tell you if anything was denied they will just put a letter in your mailbox and let it silently accrue 100s the list goes on.. RUN. Its not worth it.

After they sign you up, you never hear or see from a live person or able to contact a live representative. The apartment was not properly checked before I moved in. I have to do all the contacting through the website to get things done that should have been taken care of before I moved in. Maintenance people have entered my apartment when I am not home and have not kept scheduled appointments or contacted me to reschedule an appointment. I like all of my neighbors!
