Shadow Rock Pavilion & Bungalow is the perfect stay! This is a 1-bedroom and 1-bathroom suite above our beautiful pavilion, equipped with a relaxing and cozy outdoor fireplace and furniture. This bungalow offers a full Kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a king-sized bed. The stone floor and covered patio have a view of the Clapping Tree waterfall, where the water continues to flow to the Chattooga River.
Surrounded by 73 acres and bordered by the Chattahoochee National Forest, our Cottages are fully equipped and ready to welcome you. We are in the Appalachian Mountain chain in the Blue Ridge Mountains. The land has creeks and views of the distant mountains, ferns, rhododendrons, sourwood trees, where my favorite honey comes from, hardwoods, and native flora and fauna. Splendor Mountain's man-made lake has moving water with the help of underground springs. Banner Lake is a swimming lake- there are many fishing spots nearby.
Relax and read a book, stroll through the gardens, take a walk in the woods, or visit one of the 3 nearby State Parks: (Tallulah Gorge, Moccasin Creek, or Black Rock Mountain). Ask us about trails on the property!
Right down the road, there are 9 indoor Pickle Ball courts and Rabun Arena where many events are held, such as barrel racing, dog shows, livestock and horse shows, concerts, rodeos, tractor shows, fairs, and so many more.
1-3-6- month lease availble
Each Tenant over the age of 18 is required to submit an Application that includes Previous Rental History, Employment History, References, Credit Report, and Background Check.
If the Application is approved, a $500.00 Lease Deposit is required to draft the Lease Agreement for electronic review and signature. The $500 Lease Deposit is applied towards First month's rent.
***In the event Tenant(s) decide not to proceed with signing the Lease Agreement after the draft has been sent for E-Sign, Tenant(s) forfeit the Lease Deposit.
First month's rent, Last month's rent, Security Deposit, and Non-Refundable Pet Fee in the amount of $300 per pet (if applicable) are due (7) days prior to your Lease Start Date. All remaining monthly payments are due on the First.
Tenants are required to provide the following (7) days prior to your Lease Start Date.
1. Renter's Insurance
2. Confirmation of Utility Services Ordered to include when applicable (Electric, Water/Sewer, Internet, & Gas).
A list of utilities will be provided in the lease agreement for your reference.
