“They are actively engaged with the renters in a positive fashion. I was the first tenant in my apartment and there was a plumbing issue that caused some damage when the water was turned on. They took immediate steps to fix it right (at a fair amount of expense) to not just fix it, but replaced any drywall that got wet so mold would not be an issue down the road. Being a new building, they let me use the bath of an unoccupied unit, minimizing the impact upon me. I've been in rentals with similar issues where repairs were done on the cheap and the resulting problems caused bigger issues. It said a lot about their commitment to quality property management. The personnel from leasing as well as those involved in the repairs couldn't have been nicer.”
