The base rent is $1100 per month, which includes water, sewer, and trash. The tenant pays $100.00 per month for gas and electric bill for the first person and $50 per month for an additional tenant. Lease term in 12 months.

ONE CAT OR ONE SMALL DOG under 20 lbs. is allowed for additional $200 deposit and $50 monthly fee.

There is an onsite coin operated laundry facility for tenants only.

This is a non smoking facility (including no marijuana smoking on the property). No loud parties!
