The kitchen is spacious and has tile counters, a gas cooktop with built-in microwave above, a built-in hutch, dishwasher, and big ceramic sink. Off of the kitchen is a sweet dining area with exterior access to the side yard. Side yard is perfect for your small dog to run and play!

The one bathroom has a classic clawfoot tub with curtain surround making it a shower too! There is a pedestal sink and small medicine cabinet storage as well. Just down the hall from the bathroom and laundry room is an office area. It is small but functional. The desk and cabinet can stay. All other furniture in the home will be removed.

The front porch wraps around to the side of the house and opens up to a LARGE sun deck. Fun for entertaining, alfresco dinners or watching the stars at night.

Central heat & air. Tenant is responsible for maintaining the yard/landscaping. Property owner will keep all utilities in their name and landlord will charge tenant their proportional share monthly and based on property owner's visits (***see note below).
