If Spring Hills and Oak Springs are the "urban sophisticates" of Pewaukee, then Springdale Estates is perfect for the "Leave it to Beaver" crowd.Beach Park and Rocky Point: These are two distinct neighborhoods, but close enough to lump them together here. They are both on the southwestern corner of the lake, and while there are not a ton of rental options in these 'hoods, this is where the lakeside pubs are found. Yay, for beer at Sandbar Sports Pub and Delafield Brewhaus.

Pewaukee Neighborhoods

The town has so many great activities, like concerts on the beach, ski shows, festivals and lots of great little pubs and restaurants. Once someone moves in, they tend to never leave. Move in in time for the Celticfest or Halloween Fun Fest or Holiday Festival. You'll need a car. While some of the neighborhoods are within walking distance of shops and restaurants, if you're planning to hold a job while living in Pewaukee, expect to have a commute between 15 to 30 minutes.
