Nice style living area, with dining room and kitchen opening up into the back yard access. You get your own private porch off the back. New smaller upgrades throughout.

Move in charges are as follows:

2. Security deposit - $2400.00 one time charge
3. Tenant benefits package fee - $35 per month
4. Administration fee - $250.00 one time charge
