This spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom main-level home is inside the community of Lake Monticello. It is located conveniently near the main gate and minutes from many of the amenities Lake Monticello offers. Tenants are responsible for obtaining the following utilities: electricity, water/sewer, and yard maintenance. Trash/recycling is included. One small pet will be considered with a monthly pet rent of $35.00 and a $250.00 non-refundable pet fee. Breed restrictions do apply.

To set up a showing of this property, please contact our office at 434-589-3958. After you have seen the property and wish to obtain a lease, the application fee is $50.00 per adult applicant. The Application fee is non-refundable. Please contact the office before submitting an application.

We require the following qualifications from all prospective tenants:
1-A minimum credit score of 620, with no accounts currently in collections.
2-Verifiable employment and/or combined household income equal to at least three (3) times the monthly rent.
3-Positive rental history, including no prior evictions or landlord-tenant court cases, or a positive mortgage history.
